La Finca Kitchen

At La Finca Kitchen we hand-craft our delicious jams, marmalades, and spreads in small batches right here in the Rocky Mountains. All of the produce used in our products is organic, and often it is grown locally on farms that are also vendors at our area farmers markets and with whom we have built important relationships over the years. We feel strongly that using organic berries, fruits, and vegetables is an important element that contributes directly to the quality, freshness, healthiness and deliciousness of each jam, jelly, mustard or hot sauce that we create! We frequently test new recipes so that we can continue to offer new and exciting products to our customer base, and often we add to our repertoire based on their suggestions and tastebuds! We get some of our best ideas from our customers, and are committed to providing them with delectable jams and spreads that can be featured on a charcuterie board by the fire, in an outdoor summer cocktail, a hearty winter breakfast or a Colorado mountain picnic.
