Ghee is clarified butter. Golden Ghee is special as it is made with just two ingredients: Grade AA Unsalted butter and LOVE!
Chef Laura takes the time needed to make rich, toasted, caramelized ghee that tastes like no other ghee you've even had. The color is "golden" and the flavor is nutty – some customers say it tastes like maple syrup or hot buttered popcorn. It is free from lactose and can be enjoyed just like butter, but you can also cook at high temperatures with Golden Ghee as all milk solids have been triple strained away!
Golden Ghee also makes special holiday limited edition products, like their sweet-tart Triple Cranberry Sauce.
