We’re an organic and regenerative flour mill located in Boulder, Colorado. We work to bring the absolute best grains and flours to the market that are more nutritional, flavorful and supportive of our grain and farming communities. We source grains locally in Colorado and work with producers to contract and farm single varietal heritage wheats and also source from a few regenerative organic farmers as well. We process these grains in our mill site, and further send it out to customers. Our primary markets are bakeries, fine dining restaurants, distributors, ecommerce and retailers as well.
