After a spirited conversation in 2014, surrounded by the crisp mountain air of Denver, Colorado, lifelong friends Austin Adamson and Eric Strom had their first whiskey fueled conversation which led to the founding of Ballmer Peak Distillery which opened five years later in November of 2019. A sustainability driven, pandemic-survived, nano-distillery with a cozy tasting room nestled against Green Mountain in Lakewood, Colorado, Ballmer Peak Distillery offers a unique lineup of small batch spirits and cocktails with globally inspired flavors, and seasonal micro-batch experiments.
