Lazy acre beef

Located on 2000 acres in Washington County, Colorado, Lazy Acre Ranch is situated in one of the top-producing agricultural areas in the state, home to a flourishing meat and cattle industry. The current processing facility started out as a mobile facility and was quickly expanded to a 3500 square foot, permanent facility on the ranch for custom processing. The current facility is capable of processing 25 beef or 100 pigs per week and employs 12 full time employees. In addition to this processing facility, Lazy Acre also operates a retail space in Evergreen Colorado to facilitate direct to consumer sales. Other retail sales come from sales on the website, farmers markets and Holiday markets. Lazy Acre also supplies multiple restaurants and butcher shops with beef and pork.
