Suárez Wines and Market at Mariposa Farm is a new farm start-up in Boulder County, CO. Owners Lisa, and Jacek Tadus have produced wine in Ontario, Canada, since 2010. Two years ago, they moved their wine brand Suárez Wines to Colorado to begin a bricks and mortar winery and farm market on a five-acre agriculture farmstead west of Longmont. In 2021, they received a sustainable farming grant from Boulder County to help build their 3-acre, high-density cider, and dessert apple orchard. They also grow cash crops for a seasonal farm stand and began developing a farm plan, a market, and special event spaces for small occasions and weddings.
