The Dyna is a bakery built on a trailer in SW Colorado. I bake sourdough bread and pastry in a stone deck oven year round. I source flour and ingredients as close to home as possible and as fresh as possible, sometimes mill my own flour and mill fresh flour for markets. I have a weekly local bake, bake for restaurants, and bake for farmers markets in the summer. I'm a retired nurse with a real passion for tasty, nutritious food!
