I am Colorado Proud, born and raised. The concept of my food truck is Italian Cuisine, family recipes with a spin; 80% of my menu is handmade. We try and use as many Colorado products when able and in season. I offer gluten free options, bread and pasta, all of my sauces are gluten free; marinara, meat and alfredo. I love feeding our communities, city and state. I also offer catering services from small to large events, making a menu that fits our clients.
