We are a traveling wood-fired pizza oven built on a trailer. We import our flour from Italy and our tomatoes are grown in the volcanic soil of Mount Vesuvius. We handmade our dough and use locally sourced ingredients for our toppings as much as possible. Our pizzas take 90 seconds to cook.
