Oswald Grassfed Beef

We are a family owned and operated ranch at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains in south-central Colorado. The ranch has been in the family for more than 60 years, and family history goes back even farther when Nancy's great grandparents started ranching about 10 miles away along Texas Creek in the late 1800’s. Our natural beef follows the footsteps of those that came before us. Animals are raised to a minimum of 24 months of age before processing. They are grassfed and finished, grown nature’s way, on mountain meadows and sweet grass. Our goal is to bring you the highest quality of beef with all the health benefits of a natural product.
