Borden Farms LLC

Borden Farms has been a USDA Certified Organic grower of fruit, vegetables, herbs and flowers since 1996. Our family farm is located in the Uncompahgre Valley on the Western Slope of Colorado in the historic farming community of Pea Green. At an elevation of 5,400 feet, the warm summer days and cool nights combine with a fertile soil to provide ideal growing conditions. From a modest beginning the farm has grown to 14 acres of field and orchard production with an additional 13,000 square feet of colorful flowers, organic herbs and vegetable plants in our greenhouses. Our fresh, organic fruit and vegetables are hand picked in the field at the peak of flavor and nutritional value. Their beauty and great taste are a treat to the pallette and a pleasure to prepare. We offer a wide selection of gourmet and heirloom vegetables and are best known for the amazing sweet taste of our famous "Bordens' Best" homegrown tomatoes and our sweet, juicy peaches. During the season our premium hanging baskets, fruit, vegetables and herbs are available through our CSA program and at Farmers Markets or our farm stands in Aspen, Carbondale, Edwards, Ridgway, Montrose, Telluride, and Crested Butte.
