Pappardelle's Pasta Co. is a Denver based, family owned and operated pasta company. We go to great lengths to make a wide variety (over 100!) flavors of artisanal, small-batch pastas, sauces and pestos. Our deliciously unique pasta flavors made with high quality ingredients, traditional Italian machinery and pasta making techniques (like slow drying) is what sets us a part. We're also proud of our agility and ability to collaborate on custom made orders. Our customers are our number one priority and we'll (almost) never say no!
