Mountain Oven Organic Bakery creates artisan baked goods, sourdough breads, and fresh milled flours for both retail and wholesale distribution, farmers markets, and other seasonal events. We've been in business since 2010, starting out as a micro bakery and gradually overtime becoming a medium scale operation. Today, our business continues to grow to meet the needs of our region. We serve the North Fork Valley, Roaring Fork Valley, and Gunnison Valley. Our work centers local sourcing, building community around good food, and a mission to revitalize local grain economy in our rural agrarian region. We believe in building a localized food system that is resilient, shortens the supply chain, celebrates the agrarian heritage of our region, and keeps the future in mind each step we move forward.
