Colorado Catch has been sustainably raising hybrid striped bass since 1992. We pride ourselves on producing the most sustainable, freshest, sushi grade hybrid striped bass. We have been re-using and utilizing our more precious natural resource of water since the beginning stages of our company. We operate year round and during the growing season all of our water that is used in our hybrid striped bass facility is utilized to grow terrestrial crops on our surrounding farm ground. This water is high in nutrient content and enhances the growth of the small grains, alfalfa and canola that is produced on our terrestrial farm.
